At [rendHivePK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is missing parts

  • The item is significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery

  • You must provide proof (clear photos or video) of the issue

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Minor color differences due to lighting/screen display

  • Slight size variation (1–2 cm measurement difference)

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return period.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Do not return any item without prior approval.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Item is out of stock after payment

  • Confirmed defective or incorrect product

  • Order canceled before dispatch

Refund Method:

  • For prepaid orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet after return verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items delivered

Exchange requests must be made within the return window.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • Refusal of confirmed COD orders without valid reason may result in restriction from future orders.

  • Opening the parcel before payment is subject to courier policy and may not always be allowed.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. Important Notes

  • Delivery delays due to courier companies are not eligible for refunds.

  • Slight packaging damage during shipping does not qualify for return if the product inside is intact.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
